Former Chelsea defender Glen Johnson has admitted he would love to see Jose Mourinho return to manage the Premier League in the future.

The Portuguese coach, who currently works for Fenerbahce in Turkey, has previously managed three English clubs – Chelsea, Manchester United and Spurs – and enjoyed great success with the Blues, winning three Premier League titles in two spells, three League Cups and an FA Cup.

With the Red Devils, he won คาสิโนออนไลน์ UFABET ฝากถอนรวดเร็ว เริ่มต้นเล่นง่าย the Europa League and League Cup, while leading United to a second-place finish was one of the biggest achievements of his career, given the club’s struggles.

Although his journey with Spurs ended badly before moving to Roma and now Fenerbahce, Johnson would like to see Mourinho return to England again.

“I would like to see Jose Mourinho back in the Premier League because he is one of the most important figures in football and that’s what we want to see,” Mourinho said. “I don’t know where he will go. He will not go back to Chelsea, he is done with Spurs, he is done with Man United, Arsenal is not available now, Man City is not available for a while, I think so.”

“So I don’t know, but maybe there is an option for him, maybe at City in two or three years… You never know. It all depends on Mourinho’s desire to come back to the Premier League.”

“But we know him well. He won’t go to a team that hasn’t won a championship. So he will only go to two or three top clubs.”
